JMC Academy Campuses

JMC Academy has campuses in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. All campuses are centrally located within minutes of the city business district, and are situated in the creative arts precinct, close to major recording studios, film and television production studios, animation houses and galleries.

Each campus has state-of-the-art training facilities including:

Digital mixing and sound studios
Post-production and editing suites
Digital media and animation labs
Professional fully-fitted rehearsal studios

Digital television studios
Green screen studios for digital film and television

Professional HD and mini DV

For your convenience, all facilities are open from 8am to midnight, 6 days a week.

Each campus also has an active social events calendar, including performance nights, an awards and showcase performance evening, student BBQs and parties, Christmas celebrations and an end-of-year bash.


Melbourne Campus Level 1, 171 Bank St South Melbourne VIC 3205 The JMC Academy Melbourne campus is located in South Melbourne, and is accessible by train, tram or bus. The campus houses 4 recording studios, 2 animation labs, a broadcast quality digital television studio, a digital audio suite with 16 stations, an auditorium and various other mixing and editing suites. There is also a student recreation area with a fully equipped kitchenette where students gather to relax, socialise and study.

Sydney Campus 41 Holt Street Surry Hills NSW 2010 JMC Academy's Sydney campus is located in the heart of Sydney's CBD. It is directly accessible by light rail, train or bus, and is close to cafes, restaurants and shops. The campus houses 4 recording studios, 2 animation labs, a broadcast quality digital television studio, a digital audio suite with 16 stations, 3 rehearsal rooms, auditorium and various other mixing and editing suites, as well as a library and research facility. There is also a student recreation area with a fully equipped kitchenette where students gather to relax, socialise and study.

Brisbane Campus 75 Grey Street South Brisbane QLD 4101 The Brisbane campus is located on the city fringe in South Bank's vibrant educational and creative hub. Facilities include state-of-the-art digital media and 3D animation labs, digital and analogue recording studios, post-production and editing suites, and rehearsal rooms.
