Wide Range of Employment Opportunities

As a qualified digital animator, you can find full-time employment with film or television production houses, advertisers, web design firms or video game companies.

You may also work with television stations on promos, animation, titles and credits, or with production houses specialising in multimedia DVDs and CDs for children and educational institutions.

However, digital animation is not just confined to games, films and television. Your skills can also be put to use in other fields that use 3D, such as medicine, interior design and architecture.

Not Ready for a Full Degree Program?

If you are not yet ready to start a full degree program in digital animation, you can choose to start your studies in the Diploma of Digital Animation . Also eligible for FEE-HELP and Austudy, the Diploma of Digital Animation program leads directly in to the Associate and Bachelor degree programs - so you can choose to continue your studies at degree level.

Progress to Master's Level

Students who complete the JMC Academy Bachelor Degree qualify for entry into postgraduate degree courses at Australian universities, and can articulate directly into the Master of Design Science (Digital Media) at the University of Sydney.
