Offered by the University of South Australia, this course prepares you to make a difference. It's Australia's only indigenous studies degree.

Gain a Recognised Degree
Learn about Aboriginal cultures and traditions that pre-date European settlement. Explore the complex relations between indigenous Australians and the wider community. Consider perspectives and insights from a wide range of sources. When you're done, you'll be ready to work in community development, the environmental sector or in cultural studies.
This flexible indigenous studies program also allows you to choose additional areas of specialisation, so you can also pursue a career in other fields, such as information technology, business and communications.

You will need to complete a second major or two minors totalling eight units as part of this course.

You will need to complete four electives which can be any undergraduate unit offered by OUA.
