Studying the course through Tafe digital was a negative experience for me for the following reasons. 1. Poor support from teachers and inconsistent feedback from assessors on assessment tasks. There was no one point of contact for the students. 2. Difficult to find other students to act as learners for assessment activities. In order to complete the course in a more efficient way, I completed the last 2 clusters in a classroom face to face delivery. Positive: well supported through teacher, class students enabled ease of assessment completion, timely feedback. Negative: the enrolment process was lengthy and took alot of chasing up, no choices to complete class on weekends, I had to take annual leave for one weekday er week for 2 terms in order to complete this course.
