This advanced accounting diploma has been developed under the Australian Qualifications Framework, so it's government-accredited as well as a nationally recognised course.

Once you've completed this TAFE advanced diploma course, you can further your studies with an undergraduate degree course. Receive credit for your TAFE advanced diploma through an articulation arrangement with the University of Newcastle and University of Wollongong. You may also receive credit at a number of other Australian universities.

The Advanced Diploma of Accounting is recognised by the National Institute of Accountants (NIA).

The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) allows five exemptions from their exams for graduates of this course who have completed the tax elective. This course may fulfill the requirements for tax agent registration in your state. Please check the specific registration requirements with the Tax Agents' Board in your state.
