Who is This Accounting Course for?

If you're seeking a career in the accounting industry but don't have the time to complete a full-time professional degree, then this course could be ideal for you. The Diploma of Accounting will provide you with practical training in the accounting discipline, leading to careers such as accountants, senior financial clerks and office managers.

This course is especially designed for employees who need to perform accounting duties such as introducing and maintaining accounting systems, reporting on business performance, preparing financial statements, maintaining internal control systems and preparing management accounting reports.

Once you've completed this TAFE diploma course, you can further your studies with an undergraduate degree course. Receive credit for your TAFE diploma through an articulation arrangement with the University of Wollongong. You may also receive credit at a number of other Australian universities.
