If you study fast-track at an Australian Institute of Personal Trainers campus, you'll complete 52 hours of practical experience in a gym.
If you study through mentored delivery, you'll gain hands on experience through 20 hours of practical placement in a gym near you, mentored by a fitness industry professional.
First aid requirement:
This course requires you to complete a first aid course. You will need to organise to complete this training through an RTO such as St Johns Ambulance or Australian Red Cross.
You study part of this course online, and complete the practical component in a real gym with a qualified personal trainer.
