  • Discuss study and payment options with you.
  • Assist with the enrolment process and save you time.
  • Give you information on start dates and study materials.

What do my course fees cover?

Your course fees will cover delivery of the course, all learning materials and support.

If you choose to pay for your course via a payment plan, you will be charged additional fees by a third party (EzyPay). You will receive a copy of their terms and conditions as part of your enrolment.

Recognition of Prior Learning

You may be able to get credit for some units of the course you study based on your existing knowledge. Previous studies and work experience may be recognised through a Credit Transfer or Recognition of Prior Leaning.

If you get credit for certain units, you won’t need to study these units and can complete the course in less time.

What support is available for students?

  • Student Support Officers to assist you with your learning needs and accessing the online learning platform, eCampus.
  • Technical Advisors, Specialists and Assessors to help you with completing your units. One-on-one coaching sessions are available via phone or Skype.

How to succeed at studying online

Studying online gives you the flexibility to fit your learning to your lifestyle. To study online successfully, you need to:

  • Get organised by designating a study space free of distractions and set it up so you have all your study tools close to hand.
  • Schedule your study in chunks during the week and stick to these times like any other appointment. If you have to cancel this time, reschedule it back in your diary straightaway at a different time, so you don’t fall behind. Letting others know when you will or won’t be available can also help you stick to your schedule.
  • Make sure you put important dates in your diary, such as when you are going to submit assignments, sit tests or organise a work placement.
  • Communicate regularly so you don’t feel isolated. Contact your teachers by email, and connect and chat with teachers and other students through Australian Institute of Personal Trainers' online platform.
  • Stay motivated by heading to SEEK Learning's Facebook or Twitter page, checking out our YouTube channel, or visiting our blog Course of action when you’re in need of inspiration or information.
  • Ask for help when you need it. There’s plenty of support out there, from friends and family, to your teachers and student support resources – you just need to ask!
