    • Topic 6: General insurance underwriting
    • Topic 7: General insurance claims

    BSBCUS301 - Deliver and monitor a service to customers
    BSBCUS403 - Implement customer service standards
    FNSCUS402 - Resolve disputes
    FNSSAM401 - Sell financial products and services
    FNSISV402 - Underwrite new business
    FNSISV405- Analyse insurance claims
    FNSISV406 - Use specialist terminology in insurance claims

Tier 2 and Tier 1 optional add on:

You can choose to add on Tier 2 and Tier 1 General Insurance Personal Advice to the Certificate IV in General Insurance (FNS41415).

  • Option 1: Certificate IV in General Insurance (FNS41415) + Tier 2
  • Option 2: Certificate IV in General Insurance (FNS41415) + Tier 2 + Tier 1

The Tier 2 and Tier 1 courses meet RG146 educational requirements for providing Tier 2 and Tier 1 financial product advice. Tier 2 and Tier 1 are not required for the Certificate IV in General Insurance (FNS41415) qualification.
