To enrol into a Kaplan Real Estate Licence program, you must hold the pre-requisite units of competency. These units sit within the NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration and meet the minimum education requirement to work in the Real Estate industry.
When you've completed all 24 units of competency, you'll graduate with a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate).
You'll then be able to apply for a NSW real estate agent's licence.
