To enrol into a Kaplan Real Estate Licence program, you must hold the pre-requisite units of competency. These units sit within the VIC Agent's Representative Program and meet the minimum education requirement to work in the Real Estate industry.

What you'll learn

You'll get a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and comprehensive knowledge about Victoria's real estate industry.

You'll then be able to apply to the BLA for your licence.
