This Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) (CPP40307) gives you the skills to start your career as a real estate agent.

You’ll learn property management and marketing techniques, how to prepare property reports and how to conduct auctions.

This course also qualifies you to apply for a licence to run your own agency in NSW or Queensland.

You can study this course online at your own pace (and finish within 18 months).
