  1. BSBPMG522 - Undertake project work


    This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to undertake a straightforward project or a section of a larger project. It covers developing a project plan, administering and monitoring the project, finalising the project and reviewing the project as part of the continuous improvement process. On successful completion of this unit, you should be able to play a significant role in ensuring a project meets timelines, quality standards, budgetary limits and other requirements set for the project.

  2. BSBRSK501 - Manage risk


    This unit describes skills and knowledge required to manage risks in a range of contexts across an organisation or for a specific business unit or area in any industry setting. On successful completion of this unit you will be able to identify, analyse and treat risks within a business context.

  3. BSBADM502 - Manage meetings


    This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to manage a range of meetings including overseeing the meeting preparation processes, chairing meetings, organising the minutes and reporting meeting outcomes. On successful completion of this unit, you will be able to organise and manage meetings within your workplace, including conducting or managing administrative tasks in providing agendas and meeting material.

  4. BSBMKG502 - Establish and adjust the marketing mix


    This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to determine the optimum marketing mix for a business through analysis of interrelated marketing components. On successful completion of this unit, you will be able to develop marketing and promotional mix within an organisation. You may also adjust the marketing mix when new marketing opportunities are identified.

  5. BSBMKG514 - Implement and monitor marketing activities


    This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to implement a marketing plan and action necessary improvements. On successful completion of this unit, you will be able to lead and coordinate a marketing team to implement a marketing plan, monitor performance of marketing strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.

  6. BSBHRM513 - Manage workforce planning


    This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to manage planning in relation to an organisation's workforce including researching requirements, developing objectives and strategies, implementing initiatives and monitoring and evaluating trends. On successful completion of this unit, you will be able to play a unit that focuses on workforce planning.

  7. BSBMGT502 - Manage people performance


    This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to manage the performance of staff who report to them directly through the development of key result areas and key performance indicators and standards, coupled with regular and timely coaching and feedback. On successful completion of this unit, you will be able to allocate work allocation review performance, reward excellence and provide feedback where there is a need for improvement.

  8. BSBWOR501 - Manage personal work priorities and professional development


    This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to create systems and process to organise information and prioritise tasks. On successful completion of this unit, you will be able to have a significant impact on the work culture and patterns of behaviour of others as a role model in their work environment.
