Work placement

This course includes a total of 240 hours of professional work placement in a Centre Based Care setting. You will need to arrange your own work placement.

You will do 2 placements of 120 hours through the course. You will need to arrange your own work placement.

First aid requirement:
This course requires you to complete a first aid course. You will need to organise to complete this training through an RTO such as St Johns Ambulance or Australian Red Cross. OTEN can also deliver this course to local students for an additional commercial fee.
