Diploma of Project Management


The Diploma of Project Management (BSB51415) will give you the necessary skill set to explore roles such as Project Manager or Project Administrator in a variety of different fields.

The course is based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), which is the recommended global standard for project management.

You will gain the knowledge and skills to effectively lead a project through from start to finish. You will be trained in managing all aspects of a project from costs, to communications and human resources.
