    Learn how to establish a team performance plan, facilitate teamwork and manage key business relationships. This will help you become an effective team leader in the workplace.

  3. BSBWRK510 - Manage employee relations


    Gain the skills to manage employee relations. This will help you to develop and implement policies and plans, and manage negotiations to resolve conflict.

  4. BSBMGT517 - Manage human resources services


    Learn how to plan and deliver human resources services and ethically manage employees. This will help you coordinate human resources services across an organisation.

  5. BSBMGT502 - Manage people performance


    Gain the skills to efficiently manage staff performance. This will help you allocate work to staff members, assess their performance, and provide coaching and feedback to help them improve.

  6. BSBHRM506 - Manage recruitment selection & induction processes


    Learn how to best manage all aspects of the recruitment and induction process. This will help you to select and recruit staff best suited to the advertised role, organise their hire, and oversee orientation.
